1:1 School Nurse - LPN

📋 Description

• Deliver one-on-one in-home nursing care for school-aged children (birth through 18).
• Provide complex care including trach and vent management if needed.
• Autonomy to apply clinical expertise within a larger supportive team.
• Occasional travel to cases as assigned; set schedule for school year needs.
• Work within the Skilled Nursing Unit to support pediatric clients in their homes.
• Help families with education and care planning to keep children safe at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN).
• Home health care experience welcomed, but not required; training provided.
• No pediatric experience? We will train you.
• Ability to travel to assigned cases.
• Calm, reassuring presence with strong assessment and communication skills.
