📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one in-home pediatric nursing for children birth through 18 in school settings when
• Deliver high-quality, autonomous care with clinical expertise and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with a broader team to support patient safety and successful outcomes.
• Care for diverse diagnoses, including complex cases like trach and vent management when needed.
• Conduct clinical assessments and follow care plans to deliver consistent nursing care.
• Support families through education and guidance to maximize home-based care effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license.
• Home health experience welcome but not required; training provided.
• No experience with children? We provide training.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
