1:1 School Nurse - RN

📋 Description

• Provide private duty in-home pediatric nursing (birth-18) in Erie County
• One-on-one care with families, care plans, and clinical tasks
• Trach & vent management possible; work at top of scope
• Administer meds, treatments, and therapies per plan
• Collaborate with a larger clinical team for support
• Build relationships and contribute to child safety at home

🎯 Requirements

• Active and current RN license
• Home health experience welcomed, training provided
• No pediatric experience? We provide training
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
• Calm, perceptive, with strong communication and assessments
