📋 Description

• Configure, build, and maintain customer segments and audiences using Adobe Experience Platform
• Develop audience qualification logic based on customer profiles, behavioral events, business rules
• Build and maintain personalization rules, dynamic content, and conditional content logic within
• Support the configuration, execution, and troubleshooting of customer journeys using Adobe Journey
• Investigate and troubleshoot data flows, audience qualification issues, event processing, and

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on professional experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Real-Time
• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) or comparable journey orchestration platforms such as
• Practical experience implementing personalization rules, dynamic content, and conditional content
• Strong understanding of customer profiles, event data, audience qualification, and data flows
• Experience investigating data flow issues, analyzing event and profile data, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of SQL or a comparable query language for data analysis and validation.
