[2026-2027] After School Site Director

📋 Description

• Lead after-school program aligned with KIPP NYC mission and priorities.
• Develop programming with academics, enrichment, and SEL.
• Hire, coach, supervise after-school staff; foster team.
• Foster safe, inclusive environment where students feel valued.
• Partner with school leadership to align with priorities.
• On-site five days a week with occasional evenings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Education, Child Dev, Recreation, Social Work, or related; Master's preferred
• 3–4 years with school-age children in relevant settings
• At least 1 year supervisory experience in after-school/educational setting
• Experience developing, managing, evaluating programs with measurable outcomes
• Knowledge of DYCD/DOH/OCFS regulations preferred
• Strong leadership, data-driven, and budget management skills
