📋 Description

• Collaborate with Lead Teacher to support a differentiated curriculum.
• Use data to support small groups and individual students.
• Plan and deliver daily small-group intervention lessons.
• Provide coverage during Lead Teacher absences.
• Create a developmentally appropriate, learning-focused classroom.
• Observe Lead Teachers and debrief instructional strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Passion for a team-oriented, mission-driven school culture.
• Strong interpersonal skills and positive traits (zest, grit, hope, humor).
• Desire to grow as a teacher with KIPP NYC.
• Open to feedback and ongoing reflection.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
