📋 Description

• Develop and implement high-quality, standards-based curricula.
• Work with Teaching & Learning to coach teachers and assess performance.
• Coordinate PD and support for co-curriculars, SPED, and student needs.
• Model and maintain a positive, achievement-oriented school culture.
• Lead cross-school instructional initiatives and values integration.
• Monitor student achievement with data and set grade-level goals.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of full-time classroom teaching.
• At least one year of adult management/teacher coaching.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical skills; data-driven decision making.
• Experience in education leadership preferred.
• Ability to give and implement feedback.
