🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and character traits (zest, grit, hope, social intelligence, gratitude
• At least two years of teaching experience preferred
• New York State teacher certification in the appropriate content area
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Team-oriented, mission-driven mindset; desire to improve as a teacher
• Proven success in raising achievement within KIPP NYC communities
