📋 Description

• Plan targeted, high-leverage interventions for students with IEPs and diagnosed disabilities
• Collaborate with General Education Teachers to diagnose challenges and design individualized
• Provide rigorous, college-prep curriculum aligned with NYS standards
• Use data to drive instructional decisions
• Assess student progress and communicate results to families and colleagues
• Provide individual or small group instruction as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and collegial mindset
• At least two years of teaching experience preferred
• New York State Special Education teacher certification highly recommended
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Team-oriented, mission-driven school culture
