📋 Description

• Research and present on a legal or compliance issue related to their work
• Participate in strategy meetings with in-house and outside counsel
• Draft materials for patent prosecution, listing patents in FDA Orange Book, analyzing
• Support clinical trial design, execute transactions, and provide regulatory advice
• Work on corporate financing, securities compliance, compensation and benefits, and corporate
• Assist with acquisition transactions, collaborations, antitrust risk assessment, and venture

🎯 Requirements

• Complete 1L year at an ABA-accredited law school during 2026-2027
• Enrolled in law school the semester following the internship
• Strong undergraduate academic background
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in scientific or engineering discipline required for Patent Legal
• Ability to perform complex legal research and analysis
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
