📋 Description

• Supporting the development and evaluation of analytical methods for biologics characterization
• Performing laboratory experiments, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data
• Analyzing and interpreting experimental data to identify trends, differences across process
• Supporting characterization of ADCs, or other complex biologic molecules using techniques such as
• Assisting with the development of efficient analytical screening workflows to support process
• Organizing, visualizing, and summarizing analytical results for technical discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university and pursuing a Master’s degree in analytical chemistry
• Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the co-op.
• Expected graduation date between May 2028 – Dec 2028.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a laboratory and cross-functional team
• Willingness to learn new analytical techniques and follow established laboratory safety and
