2027 Global Facilities Engineering Intern (Undergraduate)

📋 Description

• Plans and conduct small to medium-size projects with design specialty requiring conventional types
• Coordinates and monitors design activities and reports on progress to upper management.
• Leads design discussions for planning purposes.
• Gain knowledge of overall industry & AbbVie specifications / standards.
• Gain knowledge of various building components such as HVAC equipment, electrical distribution
• Create project estimates for front end planning and budget purposes.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a BA/BS in architecture or mechanical, electrical, BMS
• Expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship.
• Strong academic performance. Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and extra-curricular achievements.
• Excellent Communication, Teamwork, Problem-solving, and Time Management skills
• Self-motivated with little direction
