📋 Description

• Performing cell culture activities, including culture maintenance, transfection, and FACS
• Characterizing cell lines using a variety of molecular biology techniques, including ddPCR and
• Performing data acquisition and analysis
• Assisting in experimental designs and data interpretation
• Creating and maintain detailed, accurate, and clear documentation of experiments and activities
• Communicating research progress, plans, and findings clearly and effectively through concise

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university, pursuing a Master’s degree in Cell/Molecular Biology or a
• Must be enrolled in university at the time of the Co-Op
• Must be able to commit to a 6-month program at AbbVie’s Worcester, MA location (June- December)
• Expected graduation date between May 2028 – Dec 2028
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, including aseptic technique, culture maintenance
• Experience with molecular biology techniques, including DNA and RNA purification, PCR-based assays
