A/V Conferencing Technology Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure audiovisual, multimedia, and computing systems are operational.
• Assist with setting up and operation of audiovisual, multimedia, and computing systems, as well as
• Provide audiovisual engineering, service, and maintenance and operational support for the facility
• Monitor audiovisual, multimedia, and computing systems to ensure operational readiness, diagnose
• If a capability is degraded or non-operational, notify client and Manager, Strategic Workforce to
• Recommend appropriate repair, replacement actions, or upgrades that may be necessary to restore

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years industry experience in client-facing technical support role.
• Knowledge of Cisco or Polycom videoconferencing systems.
• Knowledge of audio/visual (A/V) control systems and components.
• Strong client and service focused mindset, demonstrate excellent listening skills and the ability
• Proficient in troubleshooting issues pertaining to the operation of the A/V system including
• Ability to read and follow AV system signal flow diagrams.
