📋 Description

• Lead brand and product marketing activities for Allergan Aesthetics India to drive growth, customer
• Own the end-to-end brand strategy across the product life cycle, including new product launches
• Work effectively in a matrix organization, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver
• Develop and execute integrated brand plans and marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
• Lead product life cycle management across launch, growth, maturity, and optimization phases.
• Own new product launch planning and execution, including positioning, messaging, segmentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business, or
• Relevant experience in brand management, product management, or marketing in pharmaceuticals
• Proven experience in product life cycle management and new product launches.
• Strong ability to build and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in market research, insight generation, and commercial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to create compelling
