Academic Program Success Lead, New Initiatives

📋 Description

• Own student support and delivery across the full learner journey for multiple new initiatives, from
• Identify capability, process, and infrastructure gaps before they become barriers to program or
• Design, test, refine, and operationalize repeatable systems that improve delivery and the student
• Translate portfolio-level insights into strategic recommendations, cross-functional priorities, and
• Directly manage and develop a high-performing team by establishing clear expectations
• Maintain team focus, engagement, and performance during periods of rapid organizational change.

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience
• including meaningful end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives and some experience in a rapidly
• Demonstrated ability to build operational capabilities or processes from the ground up without
• Strong people management skills, including coaching, professional development, accountability, and
• Experience leading teams through rapid organizational or operational change.
• Proven ability to recruit, negotiate with, and manage external partnerships across employers

🎁 Benefits

• Annual salary range of $90,000–$120,000.
