Accommodation Coordinator

📋 Description

• Work with the housekeeping team to assign tasks, including an in-house laundry service
• Inspect rooms during guest stays and after final cleaning
• Address residents’ requests, resolve issues, handle any complaints, and provide outstanding
• Establish rapid and effective communication protocols with the on-site security team during
• Work with the Roomsy software to generate in-house reports and plan weekly cleaning schedules
• Ensure a warm welcome for each resident and prepare rooms according to specific needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a coordinating role
• Experience in the hospitality industry
• The ability to work independently and adapt to unexpected situations
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written
