📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for reasonable accommodation requests from U.S.-based
• Own accommodation requests from employees and candidates outside of the United States, in
• Own complex, high-stakes, or legally ambiguous accommodation requests personally, providing
• Partner closely with internal Benefits team and external partners, including accommodation platform
• Build scalable, repeatable processes and documentation for accommodation requests across regions
• Own education strategy for accommodations best practices, delivering training to People Partners

🎯 Requirements

• Deep working knowledge of the ADA and applicable state disability accommodation laws, with
• Demonstrated experience independently managing complex, high-stakes, or legally sensitive
• Skilled at managing highly sensitive medical and disability-related information with discretion
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with employees, managers, and HR at all
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure where none exists.
• Care deeply about fairness, equity, and creating an accessible, supportive workplace.
