Account Coordinator

📋 Description

• Partner with Client Services, Sales, and cross-functional teams to support campaigns.
• Manage tools: SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, Prisma for campaign execution.
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring; QA assets, tag mapping, and measurement setup.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify trends and upsell opportunities.
• Develop understanding of Roku platform, ad products, and media landscape.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting to external clients (wrap reports, pacing updates, or billing deliverables).
• Comfortable managing tier 3 accounts end-to-end with minimal support.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools (a plus).
