🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in account management; 3-5 years in supervision
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising and digital marketing
• Commitment to creative excellence and effective processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Passion for the industry
• Diplomatic, empathetic leadership
• Excellent listening skills and ability to read the room and adapt
