📋 Description

• Partner with clients to define program approach and timeline.
• Manage day-to-day client and project team communications.
• Write creative briefs; guide teams to align with strategy.
• Manage creative execution across channels: emails, banners, video, social.
• Lead creative exploration to test formats and product experiences.
• Establish operational cadence; lead client reviews and QBRs to show value.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in fast-paced client-side or agency marketing.
• Experience managing clients; ideally with high-tech clients.
• Able to work independently, thrive with ambiguity.
• Self-starter in evolving team environments.
• Excellent written communication with high attention to detail.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and budgets.
