📋 Description

• Lead client relationships, serving as a day-to-day point person and trusted advisor to advance

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience.
• Strong presence and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build deep
• Hands-on leadership experience in complex content production and guiding account teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, including strong writing, presenting, and strategic storytelling
• Diplomatic, empathetic leadership style with a problem-solving, organized mindset.
• Ability to balance the best interests of Monks and our clients and their businesses.
