📋 Description

• Lead client relationships, serving as day-to-day point person and trusted advisor.
• Consult on creative ideas and strategies, ensuring execution meets budgets and deadlines.
• Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to champion agile methods.
• Oversee production workstreams, manage scopes of work, identify scaling opportunities.
• Coach and mentor agency staff through feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
• Drive collaboration through confident decision-making and swift problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience.
• Strong presence and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on leadership in complex content production and account teams.
• Exceptional communication, writing, presenting, and strategic storytelling.
• Diplomatic, empathetic leadership with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to balance Monks and client interests; travel as needed.
