Account Director, Performance Marketing & Client Services

📋 Description

• Own and grow senior-level client relationships across assigned accounts
• Lead strategic planning, business reviews, renewal discussions, and executive client conversations
• Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies focused on measurable results
• Partner with account management, creative, media, analytics, reporting, data, operations, sales
• Identify opportunities to expand services, deepen client value, improve performance, and grow
• Monitor account health, client sentiment, delivery quality, profitability, and retention risk

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client services, agency account leadership, marketing, consulting, or a
• 5+ years leading strategic client relationships with senior or executive-level stakeholders
• Proven ability to grow, retain, and expand client accounts
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, integrated marketing strategy, analytics
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Strong financial, commercial, presentation, and communication skills
