📋 Description

• Build and grow Buildforce presence in the Virginia market.
• Develop and nurture relationships with electrical contractors in VA.
• Serve as primary client contact; ensure ongoing communication and satisfaction.
• Present staffing solutions and negotiate contracts with contractors.
• Maintain CRM records of all sales activities in Hubspot.
• Collaborate with recruiting and product teams to improve offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years outside sales experience, preferably in construction
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Familiar with the Virginia market and electrical contracting industry
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRMs like Hubspot
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-rejection environment
