Buildforce provides home warranty support and services for realtors and homeowners with home warranties across North and South Carolina. Our sole purpose is to insure homeowner's warranty claims are addressed quickly and satisfactorily, by leveraging a multi-year working relationship with warranty client services with major home warranty providers. For a small fee, we interact directly with warranty call centers on behalf of the homeowner to expedite claims, resolve issues, insure that the claim is addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Our team has over 20 years of experience building and remodeling custom homes. Our unique knowledge base allows us to truly understand the homeowner’s problem, insure the contractor is fixing the right things, and we work with the warranty company to minimize repair costs, while insuring that the realtor and homeowner are completely satisfied.
