📋 Description

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with leaders of electrical contractors in Colorado
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring consistent communication and high
• Presenting staffing solutions to electrical contractors and negotiating contract terms.
• Attending workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in a
• Collaborating with the recruiting team to match the right candidates with client requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in outside sales, preferably in a construction-related field
• You are intimately familiar with the city of Phoenix and probably have a local area code
• You have a history of building successful relationships in previous sales roles

• You are fearless and have a high tolerance for rejection
• You have superior communication skills
