🎯 Requirements

• Proven B2B software sales experience with measurable success
• Ability to articulate quota, attainment, and average deal size from memory
• Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort building new processes from scratch
• Familiarity with electronics or hardware manufacturing and supply chain (preferred)
• Consultative selling skills with proficiency in technical SaaS
• Fluent in German and English at a professional level
