📋 Description

• Partner with internal teams to create client deliverables from initiation to completion, ensuring
• Accurately assess situations and proactively make recommendations consistent with the clients'
• Ensure all deliverables are ready for review prior to the formal submission in Veeva and review by
• Manages the weekly review Medical/Legal/Regulatory meeting agenda and supports client and senior
• Day-to-day point of contact for the client on tactical development and lead support for weekly
• Mentor account coordinators and work with senior account lead to foster their development

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years’ pharmaceutical advertising agency experience, proven track record of
• Education: Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent business experience within the pharmaceutical or
• Software: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and relevant review
• Skills: Proficiency in impactful written and verbal communication required, solid grasp of science
