🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in financial services, structured finance, commercial lending
• Demonstrated financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial statements, assess
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating effectively with customers, vendors
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial and risk
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across credit, risk, operations
