• Identifying and targeting prospective clients through structured market mapping, research
• Building and maintaining a healthy, well-qualified pipeline of new business opportunities, with
• Creating and executing account-based prospecting plans for priority organisations, engaging
• Leading the end-to-end new business cycle, from initial engagement and discovery through solution
• Conducting effective discovery to understand each prospect's strategy, business model, customer

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of winning new clients through proactive business development, prospecting
• A strong track record of building, qualifying and converting sales pipelines in a complex B2B
• Experience managing the full new business development cycle, from market mapping and initial
• Ability to develop clear target-client and account plans, prioritising activity according to
• Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover client challenges and
• Experience building relationships with senior decision makers and navigating multiple stakeholders
