Account Manager

📋 Description

• owning and growing a portfolio of advertisers on platforms such as Amazon (AMZN) and Walmart (WMT)
• optimizing advertiser accounts across both Search and Display advertising to achieve their business
• delivering a high-quality customer experience
• owning the end-to-end customer relationship — from onboarding and account optimization to
• leading complex projects, conducting in-depth analyses, testing internal tools, and sharing

🎯 Requirements

• 5–6+ years of experience in digital advertising, performance marketing, e-commerce, or customer
• Hands-on Amazon and/or Walmart advertising and optimization across Search and Display
• MBA in Marketing/Operations preferred
• Experience managing global clients and owning individual performance and business goals
• Strong knowledge of advertising metrics, campaign optimization, data analysis, and performance
• Proven ability to manage and grow customer portfolios through renewals, retention, upselling
