Account Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding activities for new distribution partners, ensuring a seamless and well-organized
• Support the onboarding and contracting of agencies, agents, and other distribution partners.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partners and agents throughout the onboarding and
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Growth, Operations, Licensing and Contracting
• Develop and maintain onboarding plans, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and success
• Monitor onboarding and contracting activity, identify incomplete requirements or process

🎯 Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in account management, customer success, relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of activity across multiple accounts, projects, and
• Experience coordinating complex onboarding or contracting processes involving multiple
• Experience improving workflows, reducing friction, or increasing operational efficiency in a
• CRM and partner management systems
• Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
