Account Manager

📋 Description

• Supporting partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to help maximize their business
• Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with restaurant
• Preparing regular business reviews (monthly and quarterly), sharing performance insights
• Analysing operational and commercial metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and propose
• Leading collaborative discussions and negotiations around campaigns, marketing investments, and
• Helping partners in adopting new tools, features, and operational best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar partner-facing role.
• Experience working with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building skills and fluency in both Polish and English.
• Commercially aware and comfortable working in sales-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics; familiarity with tools like Looker
• Well-structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing partner relationships and priorities.
