• Direct negotiations between seller and buyer; advise on market prices and secure outcomes
• Build long-term relationships with dealers; be their reliable contact for questions and challenges.
• Provide active advisory support to customers on sales decisions and ensure transparency.
• Drive growth by shaping revenue and success on the platform and with your dealers.
• Share market knowledge within the team and pass it on to customers.
• Maintain customer data in our CRM and leverage AI tools to simplify daily work.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the automotive sector (e.g., automotive mechatronics technician
• Negotiation skills between seller and buyer and a mindset to find suitable solutions when issues
• Independent, reliable work style – organized, proactive in day-to-day tasks
• Enjoyment of teamwork, lots of phone contact with customers, and willingness to be part of a team
• AI-friendly way of working – actively using tools like ChatGPT or Copilot in daily work
• German language skills at C1 level, spoken and written
