🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in roles related to account management or sales
• Additional consideration for experience in property management
• Comprehensive grasp of the residential single-family rental landscape
• Strong business acumen with understanding of customer needs and pain points related to property
• Familiarity with local/state regulatory and compliance standards relevant to facilities management
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
