📋 Description

  • Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with enterprise clients in data and analytics.
  • Map stakeholders and build rapport at all levels across client teams.
  • Translate complex analytics outputs into business value for client KPIs.
  • Run check-ins, QBRs, and roadmap sessions with clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell).
  • Oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams to ensure high‑quality engagements.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in client-facing roles (account mgmt, digital consulting).
  • Natural relationship builder with proven account growth.
  • Comfortable with budgets, SOWs, renewals, and upsell.
  • Familiar with GA4 and Adobe Analytics.
  • Excellent communicator across written and verbal business language.
  • Experience with enterprise procurement and complex billing.
