📋 Description

• Manage APAC account expansion and retention post-sale
• Serve as primary contact for upsells and renewals
• Understand customer needs; align Vanta solutions to goals
• Forecast expansion and maintain pipeline hygiene
• Collaborate with CS, Marketing, Enablement, Support
• Hybrid role based out of Sydney office

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Account Management or full cycle sales
• Hybrid role (three days in office) in Sydney
• Strong prospecting and expansion pipeline skills
• Excellent written/verbal/visual communication
• Motivated, adaptable, collaborative
• Interest in AI to enhance efficiency
