📋 Description

• Partner with enterprise customers to deploy ElevenLabs Agents.
• Advise on agent design, personas, flows, and voice customization.
• Guide deployment and scaling of agents across web, mobile, and telephony.
• Integrate agents with existing data sources and systems.
• Analyze agent performance data and logs to identify friction points.
• Drive expansion and cross-sell to grow revenue across the portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in CS or AM for B2B SaaS in Japan
• Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents
• Experience with API Integrations and navigating SDKs
• Proven revenue outcomes, owning a quota and cross-sell
• Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building across levels
