📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota
• Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate - building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells
• Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold
• Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume
• Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment
• Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience - managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and
• Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and
• Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel
• Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption
