📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to U.S. small business owners to understand their current website
• Build rapport with prospects through confident, professional, and consultative conversations rather
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process after a project is sold, gathering required
• Maintain regular communication with active clients, provide updates, respond to routine questions
• Stay connected with former clients after project completion, maintaining strong relationships and

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent, clear spoken English for natural communication with U.S.-based small business owners over
• Strong written English skills for email communication, client updates, and documentation.
• Confidence and resilience when making outbound calls and speaking with unfamiliar prospects.
• Previous client-facing experience in customer support, retail, hospitality, call centers, agencies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport quickly and establish professional
• Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection while maintaining a positive and
