Account Manager - VIP Clients (APAC)

📋 Description

• Serve as primary relationship manager for VIP clients across Binance.
• Build strong one-on-one relationships; tailor support to drive engagement.
• Maintain high availability and timely issue resolution for day-to-day needs.
• Drive retention, activity growth, and wallet share expansion.
• Guide clients through Binance VIP program, features, and updates.
• Identify commercial opportunities across Binance product suite.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in account management/sales in financial/trading firms.
• Product knowledge from exchange/broker/trading firms.
• Understand trading strategies and how trading firms profit.
• Strong client management and relationship skills.
• Understanding of trading systems and APIs is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin for overseas coordination.
