Account Manager, Voice and Cloud Collaboration

📋 Description

• Drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and marketing initiatives that help sales teams win new
• Support frontline sales leaders with UCC Cloud go-to-market strategies, sales coaching initiatives
• Support the customer buying and selling process from lead generation through opportunity
• Partner with leading collaboration technology providers and manufacturers to promote cloud
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities related to voice, contact center
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and suppliers to generate net-new

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or comparable relevant industry experience; a four-year degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in unified communications and collaboration, audiovisual technology
• Previous sales or sales-support experience is preferred, particularly in technology solutions.
• Deep knowledge of collaboration platforms and vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with UCaaS and CCaaS platforms such as RingCentral, Vonage, 8x8, Five9, Genesys, NICE
• Strong understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of unified communications

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $65,000–$90,000, depending on experience, skills, location, and other relevant
• Uncapped commission opportunity in addition to base salary.
