Account Manager, Voice and Cloud Collaboration

📋 Description

• Drive demand generation, pipeline growth, and marketing initiatives that help sales teams win new
• Support frontline sales leaders with UCC Cloud go-to-market strategies, sales coaching initiatives
• Support the customer buying and selling process from lead generation through opportunity
• Partner with leading collaboration technology providers and manufacturers to promote cloud
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities related to voice, contact center
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and suppliers to generate net-new

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience; a four-year degree helps.
• 5+ years of experience in unified communications and collaboration, AV technology, or related
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Cisco, and Zoom collaboration platforms.
• Familiarity with UCaaS/CCaaS platforms (e.g., RingCentral, Vonage, 8x8, Five9, Genesys, NICE
• Understanding of both technical and commercial aspects in cloud/collaboration solutions.
• Technical aptitude with ability to learn evolving UCC, IT, audiovisual, and meeting-space tools.

🎁 Benefits

• $65,000–$90,000 base salary, to be sales; uncapped commission base.
