📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term
• Understand client business needs, goals, and technical requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on Eurofins Mechem SG capabilities, services, and offerings.
• Review client accounts, identify opportunities for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance
• Prepare for, participate in, and host client visits, audits, and presentations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales, preferably
• More experienced candidates may be considered for a senior-level position.
• Strong understanding of laboratory testing processes and scientific methodologies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
