📋 Description

• Resolve content, inventory, or other partner problems and perform the needed corrections and
• Handle partner email requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain our partners'
• Communicate with partners to ensure price accuracy on trivago's platform.
• Communicate with and support partners on operational topics such as invoicing and data quality.
• Execute weekly checks of core metrics for partners in the team's portfolio.
• Support account managers with project-related administrative tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled at a German university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung required), ideally
• Strong analytical skills and a service-oriented mindset — equally comfortable spotting a data
• Good communication skills that allow you to work confidently with internal stakeholders and
• A genuine learning mindset — you approach challenges with curiosity, seek out feedback, and
• A performance mindset — you set ambitious goals for yourself and have the determination and
