Accountant - AR & Collections

📋 Description

• Remote role based in Argentina; Argentine time overlap with US/Eastern teams.
• AR & Collections focus: monitor aging, follow up on balances, and drive resolution of aged
• Invoice processing, cash application, and documentation management for customer and insurance
• Payroll and month-end close support; cross-training across AR/AP and collaboration with FP&A
• Use AI tooling to improve finance workflows and build new tools as needed.
• Collaborate with US-based teams and external carriers/adjusters to resolve payment issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years accounting, bookkeeping, or AR/AP experience including invoice processing and
• Direct collections experience; strong English communication for interactions with US
• Willingness to work a delayed morning/afternoon shift with US Central Time overlap.
• High accuracy in high-volume work; professional under pressure and strong follow-through.
• Proficiency in Excel; openness to adopting AI tools and new systems quickly.
• Preferred: experience with ADP, Ramp, QuickBooks Online; degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
