Accountant – Overhead Costs (AP)

📋 Description

• Book purchase invoices for assigned countries (PO and NON-PO)
• Create and update process documentation (How To Guide)
• Prepare and post CSV / EasyInput files
• Set up reserves and participate in the monthly closing process
• Verify open items on accounts receivable/payable with suppliers
• Review and analyze GL accounts and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience (preferably in AP and SSC/BPO environment)
• University degree in accounting or completed relevant course (SKwP I and II level or equivalent)
• Good command of English (min. B1 level) in speaking and writing
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP or other integrated financial ERP systems
• Communicative, organized, accurate and diligent
