Accounting Advisory Senior – CAAS Non-Profit

📋 Description

• Manage accounting operations for nonprofit clients, including month-end close activities, account
• Perform fund accounting activities, including monitoring restricted and unrestricted funds and
• Prepare and review financial reports for internal management purposes and external client
• Support year-end accounting procedures and audit preparation, including coordinating documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal procedures, and
• Work with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Sage Intacct to maintain

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in public accounting, Client
• Required hands-on experience with nonprofit accounting and a strong understanding of
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including contribution and grant accounting, net asset
• Practical experience with month-end close, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations
• Experience supporting year-end audits and coordinating with external auditors.
