Accounting and Advisory Senior

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of international clients and
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including variance analysis, executive
• Perform bank, credit card, balance sheet, intercompany, and accrual reconciliations; investigate
• Manage intercompany accounting and support consolidation activities for multi-entity client
• Evaluate and improve accounting processes, internal controls, and technology solutions to increase
• Collaborate with tax teams to provide accurate accounting information and support cross-border

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of professional experience in a CPA firm, including experience with an international CPA
• Hands-on experience managing month-end and year-end close processes, preparing financial
• Experience with multi-entity accounting, consolidations, and internal controls
• Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, and advanced Excel
• Previous experience serving as a direct client contact and reviewing the work of junior accounting
